Surviving Winter
In the face of rising energy bills and growing public awareness about fuel poverty, The Community Foundation for Shropshire and Telford is joining up with a national campaign to support vulnerable individuals through winter hardship. The ‘Surviving Winter’ appeal is asking all who can afford it to forego their Winter Fuel Payment and donate it to support elderly people struggling to keep warm this winter.
